Reports of Twitter outage first spiked to over 21,000 cases in the U.S. before 6 a.m. EST, according to outage tracking service Downdetector. While the platform briefly stabilized, things went haywire soon. More than 41,000 users reported of Twitter not working around 10 a.m.
By 10.30 a.m., X seemed to be back for most users, only for the Twitter outage to resume a few minutes later. This time, the Twitter outage affected nearly 27,500 people by 11:24 a.m.
The platform is now in what can only be described as a limbo.

He rebranded Twitter to “X” on July 23, 2023, replacing the quirky blue bird logo with a giant “X” that quickly got into legal trouble, along with a slew of other changes such as restriction limitations.
