If you’re going to invest in a giant electronic display to adorn your living room, it may as well be one of Samsung’s Vision AI 2025 TVs. As a precursor to all the technology the South Korean tech giant is set to bring this year, the company gave tech enthusiasts a sneak peek into their TV and advanced monitor technology that is to be released this year.

The new Samsung TV models for 2025 don’t just capitalize on AI, but also offer up advanced anti-glare tech that we’ve seen from the company before, but will now feature on a wider range of products. Will the S95F QD-OLED come out on top as one of the best TVs from CES 2025 or will the excessive Neo QLED 8K QN990F steal the win? We’ll find out soon enough.

Samsung’s Vision AI TVs for 2025 are Fascinating But May Not Be For Everyone

The Consumer Electronics Show 2025 is scheduled to take place between January 7 and 10, but we’ve already seen some interesting releases and press notes on what we can expect from the event. Samsung put its best foot forward with its new TV models for 2025, bringing Samsung Vision AI to its widest product lineup yet, which includes the Neo QLED, OLED, QLED, and The Frame.

The Samsung TV updates from CES 2025 primarily center around the features that are supported by the company’s artificial intelligence, and there’s a lot on offer.

What is Samsung Vision AI?

According to Samsung, “Vision AI represents the next step in Samsung’s journey to deliver intelligent, intuitive, and seamless screen experiences.” The artificial intelligence features are designed to upgrade the viewing experience in multiple ways, bringing features like Click to Search for exploring on-screen content or live translation for powering on-device AI translation in real-time. The AI integration will also assist with generative AI wallpapers, for those who want customized art displays for their home.

Not only are the Samsung Vision AI TVs for 2025 built to showcase AI internally, but the screens have been positioned as “central hubs for smarter living through integration with the SmartThings ecosystem.” This means that users can receive real-time updates on any activity within their home, or set up alerts and updates for when they are away. The ecosystem is also expected to help with pet and daily care, considering it will help with monitoring and responding to the changes within the home space.

Interestingly, Samsung hasn’t pushed its AI endeavors forward all on its own. The company is working in collaboration to enable its Smart TVs and monitors with Microsoft Copilot and it also aims to work with Google in the future. Some teamwork is rare but it does help guarantee greater reach for everyone involved.

How Else Do The Samsung OLED TVs Feature AI?

At the forefront of the new Samsung TV models in 2025 is the Neo QLED 8K QN990F, which is “Samsung’s most advanced TV to date.” The device uses an NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor to support all its AI features, including 8K AI upscaling, auto HDR remastering, adaptive sounds, balanced audio, and enhanced color balancing.

Despite its ultra-slim, minimalist design, the TV packs a punch, particularly with its AI mode which can adaptively optimize the visual and audio experience for its users. To access all these AI capabilities, the SolarCell remote will come with a dedicated AI button as well, truly marking this as an AI device.

The New Samsung TV Models for 2025 Aren’t Solely Selling AI

The OLED TVs also feature Samsung’s glare-free technology, ensuring users can enjoy an uninterrupted viewing experience regardless of whether it’s graced by the sunlight streaming in or unnecessarily bright overhead lights. Not all users love the technology but there are other new Samsung TVs without the anti-glare tech in the lineup for them as well.

The Neo QLED 4K lineup includes the QN90F, QN80F, and QN70F, and they have their own share of advantages. The QN90F showcases a 165Hz refresh rate and is a massive 115 inches. The size of the screen shouldn’t cause you to worry about a compromise on quality either, as Samsung guarantees the “Supersize Picture Enhancer” will keep the 4K content looking as clear as ever.

The S95F QD-OLED promotes its bright and blinding display, with a rumored ability to hit 4,000 nits. This model also showcases the 165Hz refresh rate.

The Samsung Art Store and The Frame Pro Also Deserve a Shoutout

The Samsung TV updates at CES also include information on the expanded art store. Samsung has pioneered the idea of turning your TV into an art piece instead of an all-consuming dark hole in the middle of the room, and it aims to continue with this agenda.

The Art Store now has over 3,000 curated works of art from renowned artists with permission from prestigious institutions. Now, these artworks aren’t just exclusive to the Frame and MICRO LED series, but will also be available on the Neo QLED and QLED models, giving more users access to the art.

Of course, the Frame Pro is the most advanced version of this art piece TV concept, and its interesting to note that all of its functions are powered by the NQ4 Gen3 AI Processor. This chip lies at the heart of the company’s guarantee of an enhanced display.

Overall, the Samsung Vision AI TVs being released in 2025 present us with the future of AI integration in display technology, and while these enhancements won’t appeal to everyone, there is a solid chance that they will still reset the bar on what TVs can be in the future.
